Refund Policy

We accept returns and exchanges on most products within 30 days from the date you sign for the item, minus the original shipping cost (if applicable).

But, only if the product is new, unaltered and unused. Returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt. Refunds can only be credited to the original method of payment.

We’ll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

New, unaltered and unused condition means that the returned item shows no signs of wear or damage and the item is in its original packaging. Return requests that show signs of use or missing accessories will not be.

Please note that any returns will be subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the original order value.

Please note that this fee does not include the postage costs associated with the return as these will be borne by the customer.

Steps to request a return:

1.To our email contact@goodserviceforcustomer.com, send a return request with your product’s current status and order number and receipt.

2.After verifying that your order is correct, we will notify you of the return address by e-mail.

3.You return the product to our warehouse according to the terms in the policy, we will help you to complete your return request within 3 working days after checking that the status of the product meets the return requirements. (Refunds for return requests will be granted within 48 hours. Exchange requests will be sent out with a new replacement product within 48 hours)

When do I get my payment?

Once we receive your product and check that it meets our refund conditions, your payment will be returned to you in its original form within 3-7 business days, depending on your card organization and bank.
